I have worked with the group at Tugboat Software for over 11 years. They customized the software to cover all of our rules to accommodate the scheduling process developed with a union contract. Team Members access their information and make their choices through KIOSKs on site or from home. This includes a list of jobs they are qualified for, placing the jobs in the order they prefer, they sign for overtime daily and for the weekend. Submit vacation time and Personal Time which is able to be processed by them instantly so know if they are approved or not. Overtime is generated each shift and for the weekend rules. There’s Vacation scheduling, which is based on percentages on seniority and skill set criteria, reduced time spent and errors significantly. Attendance is tracked and step letters produced with the program. There are reports for anything you could want but also if I want a report that isn’t available or just need a current one customized for my needs, it is taken care of. Response time for any request or question is usually within the hour. I highly recommend this company to cover all of your scheduling needs. I enjoy working with them.
